Complaints

Arbitration — the out-of-court resolution of a dispute between parties to a contract, decided by an impartial third party (the arbitrator) — is faster and more cost effective than litigation. In addition to the benefits of time- and cost-efficiency, arbitration provides parties with fair, independent, and impartial forums to resolve disputes.

Before you file a complaint with us you have to contact your broker or financial service provider and try to resolve the dispute directly. The other party usually has up to 30 days to respond. If the dispute has not been awarded or you have reasonable doubt your complaint was no treated fairly, you can file a dispute with IFSRB.
